Mubasher: Advanced Technology’s (ATC) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the board’s proposal to distribute KWD 2.25 million at 15 fils per share as cash dividends for the full fiscal year 2018.
Dividends represent 15% of the stock’s par value, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the firm’s registries by the end of the eligibility date, 23 May.
Dividends will be paid as of 30 May, the statement added.
The company’s capital amounts to KWD 15 million, distributed over 150 million shares, with a par value of 100 fils per share.
In the fourth quarter of 2018, ATC’s profits plunged 62.2% to KWD 1.06 million from KWD 2.79 million in Q4-17.
