Cairo – Mubasher: Ahli United Bank-Egypt said Sunday its consolidated net profit for the first nine months of 2015 declined by 4% to EGP 292.74 million ($37.5 million), compared with EGP 305.35 million ($39.1 million) in the corresponding period a year ago.
The bank’s net interest income reached EGP 658.05 million, up from EGP 541.1 million reported in the first nine months of 2014.
Meanwhile, net fees and commissions income declined to EGP 185.2 million, from EGP 194 million.
The lender’s standalone financial statements showed EGP 388.6 million net profit, compared with EGP 301.5 million in the prior-year period.
