Mubasher: Ahli United Bank (AUB) achieved a growth of 3.6% in profits during the second quarter of 2017 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings increased to $151.9 million in Q2-17 from $146.59 million in Q2-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
During the first half of 2017, AUB’s profits grew by 3.4% to $311.3 million from $301.2 million in H1-16.
It is worth noting that AUB’s profits increased by 3.1% to $159.43 million in Q1-17 from $154.61 million in Q1-16.
