Mubasher: Aayan Leasing and Investment said that its share from selling a property owned by a subsidiary will be registered in the financial statements of the first quarter of 2017.
Aayan Leasing gained about KWD 429,600 from selling buildings worth KWD 7.25 million owned by Anan Real Estate Finance, which is 99.9%-owned by Aayan Real Estate, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
Aayan Leasing clarified that Anan Real Estate Finance will report a gain of about KWD 730,500 from the sale.
