Mubasher: Aayan Real Estate achieved an increase of 157% in profits during the third quarter of 2018 compared to the same period a year ago.
Earnings grew to about KWD 320,700 ($1.1 million) in Q3-18 from nearly KWD 124,800 ($411,500) in Q3-17, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
During the first nine months in 2018, Aayan Real Estate posted a decrease of 21% in profits to approximately KWD 806,960 compared to KWD 1.2 million in the same period a year ago.
Total operating revenues rose by 2% to KWD 3.4 million in 9M-18 from KWD 3.3 million in 9M-17.
At the stock level, Aayan Real Estate closed Monday’s session 4% lower at 60 fils.
