Mubasher: Aayan Real Estate has completed the procedures of purchasing a land plot in East Al Ahmadi city.
The asset is valued at KWD 2.4 million ($7.9 million), according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The financial impact of this deal will be registered in the real estate investment article against a decline in the current cash.
At the stock level, Aayan Real Estate closed Wednesday’s session 2.4% higher at 63 fils.
