Cairo – Mubasher: Abou Kir Fertilizers said it will hold ordinary general meeting on 24 September to review the financial results for the fiscal year 2015/16, as well as the dividends distribution proposal for the fiscal year 2015/16.
The company’s board suggested distributing cash dividends of EGP 9.95 per share for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2016.
The Egyptian listed fertilizers producer reported net profits of EGP 1.02 billion for the fiscal year 2015/16, up from EGP 903 million a year earlier.
