Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Aviation Company said that its board recommended a 15% cash dividend or 15 fils per share payout for the fiscal year 2015, totalling AED 66.72 million ($18.16 million), according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
During its meeting on 9 February, the company said that the shareholders' meeting will be held on 9 March to discuss the FY15 financials and proposed dividends.
