Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Aviation Company has reported a 41% increase in net profit during the first quarter of 2018.
The company’ net profit registered AED 58.3 million ($15.9 million) in Q1-18, compared to AED 41.4 million ($11.3 million) in the year-ago period, according to a bourse statement released on Monday.
Operating costs dropped 10.4% year-on-year to AED 288.75 in the first three months, while revenue tumbled 2.7% in the same period.
The Abu Dhabi-listed company posted a 20% year-on-year growth in profits during the fourth quarter of 2017.
