Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Municipality of Abu Dhabi on Sunday unveiled a plan to develop Al Bahia Plaza Project with an estimated cost of AED 700 million in the third quarter of 2018.
The 82,000 square-metre project will be operational in the second quarter of 2021.
Al Bahia Plaza will comprise retail stores, entertainment facilities, residential units, shopping outlets, and a health club, according to Al-Ittihad newspaper.
The Abu Dhabi Municipality had recently announced a tender for the development of Al Bahia Plaza, urging investors and developers to benefit from the mega investment opportunities.
