Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company announced on Monday that it will amend its share ownership as of 14 June.
Local ownership was assigned at 51%, while foreign ownership was set at 49%, according to a bourse filing.
The stock rose in today’s mid trading by 4.8% to AED 2.7 as 55,660 shares were exchanged at AED 150,860.
