Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) announced the operation of its first floating dock in Mina Zayed.
“The 180 length x 30 m width floating drydock allows ADSB to dock vessels up to 180m in length, or by comparison almost the length of two football pitches,” according to the company’s statement.
The floating dock enables the company to service the oil and gas industry, as well as attract new customers through a network of agents representing 16 countries across Europe and Asia.
