Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Shareholders of Abu Dhabi Ship Building Co. (ADSB) will consider a dividend proposal for 2015 in a general meeting on 14 April, according to a bourse filing.
The board proposed 10% dividends, totalling AED 21.199 million.
The meeting will also discuss the profit and loss statement, in addition to the board’s report on the company’s activity for 2015.
