Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Passenger traffic at Abu Dhabi International Airport rose by 8.7% in February compared to the same month last year, according to Abu Dhabi Airports.
A total of 1,863,942 people traveled through AUH last month, exceeding February 2015’s figure of 1,715,540.
“We continue to see year-on-year growth in passenger numbers traveling through Abu Dhabi International Airport and this highlights the fact that the UAE capital is continuing to develop as a global tourism destination and strategic transport hub,” said Ahmad Al Haddabi, Chief Operations Officer at Abu Dhabi Airports.
