Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: About 162 hotels and resorts in Abu Dhabi attracted 4.87 million visitors in 2017, up 9.8% from 2016 figures, according to a report released on Wednesday by the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT).
The guests of 131 hotels and resorts in the emirate, which include 26,821 keys, surged 10.3% to 4.29 million last year, the report found.
Guests in 20 hotels in Al Ain and 11 hotels in Al Dhafra increased by 5.5% to 450,320 and by 8.2% to 130,180, respectively, during 2017, the DCT’s data showed.
