Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Statistics Centre (SCAD) revealed that the completed residential units in the emirate fell 2.6% in the first quarter of 2017.
Abu Dhabi-based residential units reached 1,510 in Q1-17, compared to 1,551 in the year-ago-period, according to data by the centre.
The completed residential units were 703 buildings in Abu Dhabi, 784 in Al Ain, and 23 in Al Dhafra.
Year-on-year the completed buildings reached 1,167, compared to 977.
In Abu Dhabi, the number of completed buildings reached 467 buildings in Q1-17, of which 421 are residential buildings, 7 are commercial buildings, and 28 are industrial buildings.
