Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The emirate of Abu Dhabi is planning to establish two cable car projects at a total cost of AED 1 billion in Al Maqta’a district and Al Bahia beach corniche, according to Emarat Al Youm newspaper.
The Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM) has presented the Al Bahia beach corniche project to private sector investors and is expected to present Al Maqta’a in the near future, the newspaper added.
The Al Bahia project is to be built on 160,000 square metres of space at a total cost of AED 650 million, Emarat Al Youm reported, citing sources as saying.
The sources added that the Al Maqta’a cable car project costs amount to AED 350 million, noting that the project will link various touristic hubs and vital projects in the area.
