Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi’s inflation rate in consumer prices was 2.2% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2016, according to Statistics Centre Abu Dhabi (SCAD).
The “housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels” group contributed 96.1% to the overall increase in the consumer price index (CPI) during the nine-months period 2016, compared with the period year period.
In September 2016, the CPI rose by 0.4% year-on-year and 0.7% month-on-month.
