Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (ADNOC) has acquired the 49% stake of Thailand-based Indorama in the Tacaamol Aromatics Project.
At the end of 2013, Indorama had announced that it acquired a 49% stake in the joint venture.
In 2014, the Thailand-based petrochemicals group exited the project without unveiling the reasons.
