Dubai-Mubasher: Mubadala Development Co. is considering the sale of Swiss aircraft-maintenance business SR Technics, a well-informed source told Mubasher.
The source added in an email to Mubasher that the government-backed fund is also weighing up an initial public offering of Yahsat Satellite.
Meanwhile, according to Bloomberg sources, Abu Dhabi’s investment fund held talks on the possible transactions with banks and any deal will depend on market conditions.
