Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Revenues of Abu Dhabi-based hotel establishments have reached a total of AED 5.62 billion in 2017.
Last year, guests’ number registered 4.88 million, while average daily rates (ADR) hit AED 368, according to the Statistic Centre of Abu Dhabi (SCAD).
Occupancy rate reached 72% of about 30,882 keys in 115 hotels and 47 apartment buildings comprise 25,037 and 5,845 rooms, respectively.
The average room revenues (ARR) recorded AED 388 for a hotel room and AED 292 for a hotel-apartment room, the SCAD revealed.
