Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi’s non-oil foreign trade declined 17.3% in February.
The Emirate’s non-oil foreign trade registered AED 11.32 billion in the second month of the year versus AED 13.69 billion in the year-ago period, according to the Statistics Centre of Abu Dhabi (SCAD).
Industrial supplies topped Abu Dhabi’s imports, with a total value of AED 2.75 billion in February, while imports of transport equipment and parts and capital goods (except transport equipment) recorded AED 2.44 billion and AED 1.54 billion, respectively, in the same period.
Abu Dhabi’s non-oil trade registered approximately AED 159.9 billion in 2017, the SCAD’s data showed.
