Kuwait-Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development received a finance offer from a UAE bank to fund development projects worth AED 170 million ($46.3 million), the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
The KSE-listed firm will notify the Kuwaiti bourse once a final contract is signed.
On KSE, Abyaar topped the winners an hour before ending today’s session, with liquidity worth about KWD 336,040 as 12.9 million shares were traded. The stock rose 4% to 26 fils.
