Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development has reported an 89.7% year-on-year loss decline during the fourth quarter of 2018, recording KWD 230,000 ($759,000).
The Kuwait-listed company’s loss went down 57.6% to KWD 1.69 million in 2018, compared to KWD 3.99 million a year earlier.
Abyaar’s board recommended no dividends for last year.
In November, the real estate developer tumbled 17.1% to KWD 1.46 million during the first nine months of 2018.
