Kuwait – Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development has repaid KWD 1.95 million worth debts to a local company, as part of settling debts through quarterly installments.
The remaining amount of the debts stands at nearly KWD 665,140, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
Abyaar has restructured its liability credit by transferring it in an in kind repayment through underdevelopment residential units in a project located in Dubai.
On the stock level, Abyaar started Tuesday’s trading session lower by 1.5% to 33.5 fils, after 10.92 million shares were traded at a value of about KWD 376,340.
