Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development said that its subsidiary in the UAE has signed a main contractor’s deal to construct and develop two residential buildings in Dubai.
The contract’s value is worth AED 150 million ($41 million), according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
This 288-unit real estate project is expected to be fully delivered in the first quarter of fiscal year 2019.
