Access World Logistis opens AED 40m facility at Jebel Ali

Dubai – Mubasher: Access World Logistics L.L.C. has announced inaugurating the third party logistics and warehousing facility on Wednesday, 9 May with total investments of AED 40 million.

The new facility is located in Jebel Ali Free Zone with a storage capacity in excess of 100,000 freight tonnes of multiple products. It also includes an open-storage yard with an area of 7,500 square metres, and a 15,200 square-metre warehouse with Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking systems, according to the company’s statement on Monday

“We have grown from a small localized family-owned company in the 1930s, to a global organization spanning 25 countries, over 100 warehouses and a 1000+ strong workforce,” CEO at Access World Peter M. Waszkis said.

Access World aims to provide state-of-the-art solutions and services for its clients in the logistics and safe environment sectors, Waszkis added.

“At this new facility, the company intends to provide the full range of logistics & warehousing services for non-ferrous metals, steel & OCTG, soft commodities, excise goods, wood products, paper & pulp, petrochemicals, industrial raw materials, project cargo, heavy machinery, automotive goods, FMCG and an array of general cargo,” General Manager of Access World Logistics Kishore Natarajan stated.

Dubai and Switzerland-based Access World Logistics L.L.C. is a joint venture (JV) between RHS Group and Access World.
