Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Ace Arabia Cooperative Insurance approved on Tuesday the change of its legal and trade name, according to a bourse filing.
The company announced that the name that appears on the Saudi stock exchange website (Tadawul) will be changed to Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company (Chubb).
"The name change decision was appropriate after strategic founder ACE Group had acquired Chubb and decided adopting the global name acquired (Chubb)," the statement said.
