Kuwait – Mubasher: Acico Industries Co on Sunday said that one of its subsidiaries, Acico Construction Co, has launched a new cement production line with a production power exceeding 2 million tonnes annually.
It is expected that the new line will have a positive impact on the company’s financial results, according to the company statement to Boursa Kuwait.
In the coming period, Acico will work on enhancing the operating efficiency of its assets and maximising output and profits, the company’s vice president stated on 9 April.
Acico posted a 13.6% decline in annual profits, reaching KWD 7.24 million in 2016 compared to KWD 8.38 million in 2015.
