Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork approved paying out cash dividends at $0.35 per share for 2015.
The dividends will be distributed over two installments at $0.0563 and $0.2937 per share respectively.
The ordinary meeting also agreed on 2015 financial statements.
A year earlier, the company’s shareholders decided to freeze cash dividend distribution.
