Cairo - Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after tax of Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork reached EGP 556.97 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, signaling a year-on-year (YoY) drop from EGP 748.38 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) decreased to EGP 9.72 in 9M-25 from EGP 13.50 in 9M-24, according to the financial statement.
The consolidated revenues from contracts with customers hit EGP 4.29 billion in 9M-25, compared to EGP 3.18 billion in the corresponding period of 2024.
Moreover, the total assets amounted to EGP 5.96 billion as of 30 September 2025, which reflected a hike from EGP 5.40 billion in the January-December 2024.
Standalone Financials for 9M-25
Acrow Misr registered an annual fall in non-consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 446.67 million in 9M-25, against EGP 640.19 million.
Standalone revenues from contracts with customers surged to EGP 3.54 billion in 9M-25 from EGP 2.83 billion in 9M-24. The basic and diluted EPS retreated to EGP 8.11 from EGP 11.63.
Moreover, the company delivered non-consolidated total assets worth EGP 5.07 billion as of 30 September 2025 when compared with EGP 4.46 billion as of 31 December 2024.
Quarterly Results
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the EGX-listed company recorded year-on-year (YoY) lower consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 80.83 million, compared to EGP 190 million.
The consolidated revenues from contracts with customers rose to EGP 1.62 billion in Q3-25 from EGP 1.16 billion in Q3-24. Meanwhile, the EPS declined to EGP 1.44 from EGP 3.50.
As for the standalone results, the net profits after tax shrank to EGP 54.09 million in Q3-25 from EGP 182.83 million in Q3-24, whereas the basic and diluted EPS dropped to EGP 0.98 from EGP 3.32.
The company reported non-consolidated revenues from contracts with customers of EGP 1.38 billion in Q3-25, which reflected a YoY higher result than EGP 1.03 billion.
During the first half (H1) of 2025, Acrow Misr posted consolidated net profits after tax totaling EGP 476.13 million, marking a 14.72% YoY decrease from EGP 558.37 million.
