Cairo – Mubasher: Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork (ACRO) saw an increase in 2015 standalone profits by 75.8%.
The unconsolidated profits jumped to EGP 114 million from EGP 64.8 million.
The board of directors recommended distributing cash dividends at $0.35 per share.
The company’s ordinary general meeting will be held on 30 March for looking into the board’s report, auditors’ report, and 2015 cash dividends.
ACRO posted consolidated net earnings of EGP 102.2 million for the first nine months of 2015, leaping 81% over EGP 56.4 million a year earlier.
