Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (Adha) started to provide AED 2.3 billion worth of new housing loans, approved by Abu Dhabi’s executive council, to according to a recent statement.
Adha awarded a 300-unit housing project valued at AED 687 million in Al Yahar area of Al Ain.
The loans are repayable in interest-free monthly instalments, with a 25% exemption when construction of a new home is complete.
