Kuwait – Mubasher: The auction set for selling 268 million of Americana’s shares for the UAE consortium Adeptio, which has repaid 10% of the deal value.
National Investments Company, the investment arm of Al Kharafi Group, has represented the two parties of the sale deal.
Adeptio is an investment group led by the chairman of the UAE’s Emaar Mohammed Al Abbar.
