Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Afaq Educational Services will withdraw from Boursa Kuwait on Thursday, 28 December, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
Early February, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the voluntary withdrawal of Boursa Kuwait.
Last April, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) clarified that Afaq’s free-to-trade shares represented 13.29% of Boursa Kuwait’s overall listed shares.
Afaq has a capital standing at KWD 5.35 million.
