Mubasher: Afaq Educational Services has scheduled 28 December to be the date of its final withdraw from Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Early February, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved the voluntary withdrawal from the stock market.
In April, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) nodded to the delisting from Boursa Kuwait, noting that the stocks available for trading represented 13.29% of the market’s total shares.
It is worth noting that Afaq Educational was first listed on Boursa Kuwait in March 2008 under the parallel market’s companies.
