Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved Afaq Educational Services' voluntary withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait.
The CMA clarified that Afaq’s tradeable shares account for 13.29% of the total stocks listed on Boursa Kuwait.
Afaq is listed on the Parallel Market, with a capital of KWD 5.35 million distributed on 53.5 million shares.
It is worth noting that Educational Holding acquired 86.71% of Afaq’s equity.
