Kuwait-Mubasher: The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon) has signed a cooperation agreement with Agility Public Warehousing, which is listed on both KSE and DFM.
The contract covers the development of approximately 600,000 square meters in Sudair City for Industry and Businesses, by providing logistic services and facilities, the company said in a statement.
Sudair City is ready for more partnerships since it has become a prominent platform to achieve national industrial ambitions, director general of Modon Saleh Al-Rashid said.
