Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing Company said, a bourse filing, that a United States district court judge granted the United State’s motion for alternative service of Agility.
This is a qui tam action pending in the Northern District of Georgia in the United States and is not related to the merits of the case itself, added Agility.
It also noted that the order is not a final judgment in the matter and that it is currently considering its legal options.
