Kuwait – Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing said Monday that its 95%-owned subsidiary National Aviation Services has been awarded a ten-year exclusive concession agreement in Morocco, according to a bourse filing.
The subsidiary will provide VIP passenger services and operates 16 lounges in Morocco's six main airports upon this agreement granted by Office National des aéroports.
The company will likely raise $250 million from this agreement that will affect the company's financials during the contract term.
