Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing will develop a new network of warehouses, as part of the properties the company is currently operating in Kuwait.
The company, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and Dubai Financial Market (DFM), expected the overall cost of these warehouses to be KWD 70 million ($229.3 million), according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
With an estimated return of 15%, the managing process will last for three years.
The value of this investment will be realised in Agility’s financial statements in line with the developing period, the company added.
