Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group said its board approved the resignation of Iqbal Hamzah from his position as CEO, according to a bourse statement.
Tariq Ahmed Saeed Al Wahedi was appointed as Agthia’s acting CEO until further notice.
The board also approved the budget plan for 2017.
