Agthia Group board proposes AED 75mn dividends for 2017

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group’s board recommended the distribution of AED 75 million in cash dividends for 2017, with a per-share dividend of AED 0.125, the Abu Dhabi-listed company revealed.

Agthia’s shareholders will hold a meeting on 26 April 2018 to discuss the dividends.

The UAE-based food producer posted a 23.5% year-on-year decline in profits for the fourth quarter of 2017.
