Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group said it signed an agreement to fully acquire Saudi – based Delta Water Factory Co.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2017, after securing the regulatory approvals, said a bourse filling.
Agthia said the acquisition will enable it to enter the Saudi market for the first time through its AL Ain water brand.
The transaction will also help to fast – track Agthia’s objectives of establishing a fully-fledged water production presence in KSA.
