Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group is entering a joint venture (JV) with Anderson Hay and Grain Co, according to a statement.
To be formed once the legal process is completed, the JV aims to import and distribute Anderson’s forage products in the UAE and the rest of the GCC.
In March, the company announced that it completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in the water business of Saudi-based Delta Marketing Company, which produces Al Ain brand water.
