Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group said its shareholders approved on Wednesday, 26 April, 15% dividends or 15 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total dividend payout amounts to AED 90 million for FY16.
The shareholders approved waiving the company’s right to lease a land granted by Abu Dhabi Municipality to Al Ain Farms for Livestock Production.
The company posted profits of AED 254.26 million in 2016, up 9.9% from AED 231.31 million in 2015.
