Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Agthia Group’s shareholders will discuss a 12.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2015, a payout totalling AED 75 million, according to a recent bourse statement.
Shareholders will also consider, during their meeting scheduled to be held on 24 March, amendments to the articles of association in accordance with the new commercial law.
