Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group said its board recommended on 23 March to distribute 15% dividends, or 15 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.
Total proposed dividends amount to AED 90 million for FY16.
The shareholders will hold their meeting on 26 April to discuss proposed dividends.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 600 million, distributed on 600 million shares at AED 1 per share.
