Riyadh-Mubasher: Ahli Takaful has used SAR 59.5 million of its rights issue proceeds to fulfill its solvency margin and statutory reserve requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.
The insurance firm has also invested SAR 15 million in brands and development of the current and new products.
The company had raised SAR 80 million from its rights issue which took place from 26 November until 4 December 2011.
