Dubai – Mubasher: Air Arabia said Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has agreed on distributing cash dividends of 7 fils per share (7% of the capital) for fiscal year 2016, totalling AED 326.9 million.
Shareholders of record until 13 March would be entitled to the cash dividends, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s OGM had earlier approved to distribute cash dividends of 9 fils per share for FY15.
